This easy and quick refreshing summer pasta with shrimps is my go-to for those after work days dinner.
Ingredients
- 300g Shrimps
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 medium tomato
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 pack of gluten-free spaghetti
Instructions

Cook the Spaghetti:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the gluten-free spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the spaghetti and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp:
- In a large skillet, heat a generous drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
