Ingredients

  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 200g noodles (your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chili  Flakes (optional) 

Instructions

  • Cook the Noodles: Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the Shrimp: In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
